InstantJpegFromRaw (IJFR) is a utility to extract JPEG images from RAW format files without the need to open any program. You have to browse the directory where you saved the pictures you wish to extract, right-click with the mouse, and select the option "Instant Jpeg from Raw" using just one or multiple selected Raw files. A window will appear where you can choose "Native size only" or "Native and smaller sizes", and add suffix. If "Native size only" is selected, the extracted JPEGs will be the same size as the original JPEG that is embedded in the raw file. If you choose the native and smaller size, you will be able to change width and height of the picture. When "Add suffix" is checked, the extracted JPEG will have "_IJFR" at the end of the filename.
After changing preferences you have to push "Extract" button and the utility will create a folder with the picture (s) you chose. This RAW format is used with cameras to embed JPEG images in order to display or browse pictures. Embedded JPEGs are smaller than the original resolution. It is available for Windows and Macintosh.

Have a 64 bit windows 7 and tried all sorts to convert RAW and CR2 files from my first ever decent camera Canon EOS 80D. This was the only program that i could get to work. Big thumbs up and thank you from me

I have used it for many years now and need it for 64 bit Windows 10.

It doesn't "generate" anything. It "extracts" the .jpeg file that your DSLR embedded into the RAW file. The quality and maximum size of the extracted .jpeg file depends on your camera, not on this software.
